We can access internet, but my roommate got it anyway- should i pay?

Well u said u already had inernet cuz u were stealing it from ur neighbors so I think u should keep doing that…theres nothing wrong with that everyone does it n they don’t want u to steal it they should put a wep key password. U should tell ur roomate ur not going to pay her bc u din’t agree to get it..n u can just keep stealing it from ur neighboors..
