I am an SEO Consultant in the Uk and if I were looking for SEO work I would want to see the following things:-

    - Some certification
    - That they rank well
    - That they contract with you for no longer than a month
    - That they take care of your full SEO needs and not just simply build links or optimise pages.

Just make sure you know what your getting and agree a price up front.

If seopositive were a U.S. based company, I would ask a singular question regarding their client websites:

    [quote]

Can you name one client website which is ranked at Google.com within the Top 5 PR without searching for a domain name and limit the search query to generic entries followed by a particular city, state entry. For example, conduct a search query at yahoo.com for “sandwiches downtown los angeles” [make sure to remove the quotes and spell out los angeles - not l.a.]. And out of some 4.3 million search results, who’s ranked No. 2? Can SEO positive achieve a similar result?

    [unquote]

If the SEO company cannot provide such information, then pass on their services.

    Good luck!

For SEO you should focus on link building I would personally stay away from them what I think you should do is this, use google keyword tool the link is below, a box at the bottom left will say. How would you like to generate keyword ideas?
Click on Website content then put in your web URL, then google will give you a list of keywords. Now with that list choose some keywords you want your site to rank for, now do a google search on each one you chose and make a list of all that are under 500,000 results.

Now hopefully you have about a list of 10 keywords under 500,000 results, that are relevant to your site.

Now for link building go to the second link and download there link building software, and don’t worry its %1000 free all the guy asks for is your name email, and to follow him on twitter, but you don’t have to.

Now with your new link building software use your 10 keywords,
And please read the manual its easy to understand.

what I think you should also do is take a course on SEO a great place to go for that is
    or for IM commissionblueprint.com
I cannot recommend these guys enough. And its really cheap they give you all the secrets no one ever talks about.

If you don’t believe me then just do some Research on the Steven Clayton and Tim Godfray, Google everything you can think of you won’t find anything bad about these guys.

I am currently using SEO Positive. They don’t seem to be too costly for me. I have been with them for 6 months now, and I am on the first page of Google and Yahoo for all my words that I asked them for. They are in the process of designing me a new website too.

To sum it up, I would recommend them!
