I am a huge fan of SiteSell (or SBI as it is often known). I used it to build my website (1st url below) and have had great success with it in just a few months.
If you want to see more evidence about it, go to the 2nd url and click on the left hand menu on “Proof”, “Results” etc or look and see which biz model fits yours best.
There are other good products, but this is what I have experience with, and nobody else backs up their claims with as many real life case stories or as much statistical evidence.
Good luck – it is not “get rich quick” but it is very rewarding.
